Christmas is only weeks away, to get in the mood I've started making christmas decorations. This is my first! Took me a few hours and a bit of thought, very satisfying :-)

Reupholstering 70s chairs

Before (right) and after (left).  I've had these chairs for a few years and have always planned on recovering them but I've never found the right fabric - until our trip to ikea last wkend. One chair down only three to go and I have extra fabric for matching placemats, all for £12 and a few hours labour!

Retro book bag

Product of second crafty sew & so meeting, a book bag made out of linen and liberty fabric. Took ages but well worth it!
